Hand stamping is a process where letters, numbers and designs are hammered one by one into metal to create impressions. Since it is done entirely by hand the letters may not always be perfectly aligned, although I try very hard to make them as perfect as possible! This should not be seen as a flaw, but instead adds to the charm of the items and ensures that your item is totally unique!

Because the letters are hammered into the metal, it gives a much deeper impression than engraving which means that your wording will last a lot longer. It also means that the metal is slightly displaced which can result in marking on the back of the items. For this reason,  I am only able to stamp on the fronts, and not the backs as well although if you need extra space for more wording, please contact me and I can see what I can do!

I use stainless steel and aluminium stamping blanks to make my items. They are a great alternative to silver, as they are hypo allergenic so almost everyone can wear them without any allergic reactions. They are very durable and don't not tarnish or rust, and it keeps the prices down!

The birthstone crystals are genuine Swarovski crystals, the heart and the star charms are sterling silver, and the chains are either sterling silver (the snake or trace chain) or stainless steel (the ball chain)

Orders usually take around 7-10 days to be made, and then they are sent out first class signed for. At extremely busy times it may take slightly longer than this but you will receive an email confirmation after you place your order with my current turnaround time. It is also posted on my homepage.

If you need your order sooner, I have an 'express' option which costs an additional £5 per order on top of the usual £2.20 postage. If you choose this I will complete your order with 48 hours and then I will send it out first class. The 48 hours DOES NOT include postage times so please allow another day or 2 for royal mail to deliver it to you.

Unfortunately due to the high level of personalisation on the items I am unable to accept returns unlesss the items is faulty or has been made incorrectly (for example if I mis-spelled a name) Please do double and triple check the text that you enter to be stamped on the items as this is exactly what I will stamp (including capital letters!)

I charge £2.20 per order postage within the UK, £8.50 per order within Europe and £9.00 per order for the rest of the world. This is a flat rate no matter how many items you order.

All items will arrive an an organza gift bag, apart from bookmarks, which will be wrapped in tissue paper. If you would like, I have the option to upgrade to a black gift box for an additional £1.50 for those special gifts.

All of my prices on my website are for the pendants only, they don't include any chains or any of the crystals or charms, these can all be added seperately. I have found it better to price items this way and then you can totally customise them to your own preferences.
