Terms and Conditions

All of my items are hand stamped personally by me. This means that I use a hammer to imprint each item individually on the metal. Because of this, all letters will not be totally even or straight, (although I try as hard as possible to do so!) and this is part of the beauty of handstamping and adds to the uniqueness of the items.

My turnaround can vary depending on stock availability and my order book at the time you place your order. It is usually no more than 2 weeks (and usually a lot less!), but if it is any longer I will let you know when you place you order and you can choose whether you would like to proceed.

All items are sent out by royal mail first class signed for postage at a cost of £2.20 per order. If you need your item urgently and would like it sent special delivery please let me know when you place your order.

If paying through paypal I will always post to the address in paypal as the paypal guarantee will not apply to the order otherwise.

If you decide to cancel you order, please contact me to see if I have started work on it yet. Unfortunately due to the personalisation of all of my items, I will not be able to cancel it if I have already started work. If I have not yet started work on it, you may cancel at any time after payment has been made.

Due to the personalised nature of my items, I am not able to accept returns unless the item is faulty or I have made a mistake in the spelling on the stamping. Please check VERY carefully the text that you ask me to stamp as I will stamp it exactly as given and once the metal is stamped it can not be changed. If I make a mistake then I will remake the piece at no cost to you.

 On non personalised items, returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Customers will be responsible for return postage costs, and a tracked/signed method of postage is recomended. Only the original item cost will be refunded.

 If an item is faulty when you receive it, please let me know as soon as possible, or no more than 14 days after delivery so that I can rectify the problem.

It is not recomended that you shower, bathe, swim or apply hairspray, body lotion or perfume whilst wearing your items.

The snake and trace chains that I use are sterling silver. These will dull over time and can be polished to bring back the shine.
